In April 2023, Eileen discovered a lump on her breast and scheduled a doctor’s appointment with her primary care physician. Following a breast biopsy, Eileen’s diagnosis of stage 3 invasive ductal carcinoma was confirmed. Eileen proudly completed her chemotherapy treatment in January and has completed her radiation therapy journey. She is doing well and is honored to serve as the Day of Hope 2024 Ambassador.
