It’s Mission Hope Cancer Center’s most treasured tradition of the year! The 11th annual Day of Hope, in partnership with the Santa Maria Times and Marian Regional Medical Center, is one of the most significant fundraising events in the Santa Maria Valley. The Day of Hope event hosts more than 60 teams of community members who come together to raise funds to support the local cancer patients in need at Mission Hope Cancer Center.
Last year, more than 800 community members in the Santa Maria Valley and neighboring communities participated in Day of Hope. Participants can help fundraise virtually with a team and/or individually by creating their very own fundraising page. This page can be shared with friends, family, faculty, colleagues, and social networks.
Since 2014, the Day of Hope event has helped raise more than $2.2 million to support the more than 500,000 cancer patients living in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. Today, your support is needed more than ever. Every cancer patient in the Santa Maria Valley deserves a chance to receive the best care possible, and YOU help make that happen!
