I'm incredibly proud to be part of the Day of Hope Ambassador Team this year.

The Rea family has been my family by choice for more than 30 years. Gilbert ("Papa") is one of the strongest, kindest people I've ever known. He faced cancer with incredible courage, never stopped showing up for the people around him, and has always been there for anyone who needed a helping hand, even while going through chemotherapy himself. Watching him kick cancer's butt has been nothing short of inspiring. He's our hero.

Now it's my turn to give back.
